Built by People Who Know This Work.
AWE isn't a platform run from a distance. Behind every program, every tool, and every partnership is a team of coaches, researchers, and educators who've spent years doing this work up close. That's who you'd actually be working with.

Meet Our Team
Young people today face a complex web of challenges, from rising anxiety and loneliness to struggles with focus, emotional regulation, and navigating an always-connected world. Schools and clinics are on the front lines, and they need more than one-size-fits-all solutions. But this isn't only about young people. We also help families, communities, and organizations strengthen their wellbeing in a preventative and proactive way humbly increasing world happiness along the way. We hope you'll be part of our community and this journey too.
That's why AWE was built around six core pillars of wellness: Performance & Productivity, Anxiety & ADHD, Substance Awareness, Belonging & Connection, Behavior & Emotional Regulation, and Digital Balance. Together, these pillars form a comprehensive framework that meets students, patients, employees, and families where they are, addressing the full spectrum of what it means to thrive, not just one piece of the puzzle.
Behind this mission is a team of leaders, clinicians, and scientists who have dedicated their careers to global wellbeing, especially that of young people, and the communities that support them.

Our leadership team brings together decades of experience across psychology, education, healthcare, and technology, all with a shared focus: equipping schools, clinics and organizations with practical, evidence-informed tools that make a real difference.
