What is LUMI™?
LUMI™ is AWE's AI-powered multi-lingual wellness companion. Think of it as a conversation partner that helps you reflect, reset, and take small steps toward feeling better. LUMI™ draws on AWE's approach to wellness across six areas: digital balance, emotional regulation, belonging and connection, substance awareness, stress and focus, and personal performance. It is not human, alive or aware but will certainly help you increase your awareness! It was ethically made, trauma-informed, emotionally-aware and evidence-based to better your days as a friendly and sometimes challenging coach.
Is LUMI™ a therapist or counselor?
No. LUMI™ is a complete wellness tool. It's designed to support your day-to-day wellbeing through conversation, coaching, awareness-raising, reflection, and proven practical suggestions to increase your happiness. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a licensed professional or call your local crisis line. LUMI™ can help you find resources if you ask.

What can I talk to LUMI™ about?
Anything related to your wellness. Common topics include managing screen time, dealing with stress, building better daily routines, finding focus, improving sleep habits, improving relationships and navigating emotional patterns. You can also ask LUMI™ to suggest a personalized reset or connect you with an AWE coach.
How is LUMI™ different from other AI chatbots?
LUMI™ is built specifically for wellness. Every response is grounded in AWE's six values and six-pillar and other proprietary frameworks and written to be supportive, practical, and non-judgmental. It's not a general-purpose assistant. It's focused on helping you feel better and build healthier habits.
