Real conversations, real change

30+
Episodes & Counting

Six key topics. Psychologists, researchers, and real conversations about the habits, patterns, trends, tools, and choices that shape your days. Every episode connects to something you can do next and now. Some episodes make you rethink a habit you didn't realize you had. Others give you a framework you'll use before the week is over. That's the kind of show the AWE Podcast is.

Hosted by Christian Dominique & Marc Ritter, co-founders of AWE Digital Wellness, the podcast covers four consistent threads across 30+ episodes and counting.

The first is technology and human behavior, where conversations go deep on how screens, algorithms, and AI are reshaping your attention, your relationships, and your sense of time. Guests like Dr. Peter Forkner, a psychologist and AI strategist, have joined the show to explore what happens when human connection meets artificial intelligence.

The second thread is performance and leadership, covering energy management, regulation, calm work cultures, and what it actually takes to sustain meaningful productivity. Entrepreneur Maria Takachuk, Ex Microsoft VP Sanjay Anand and TEDx speaker Zen Tharani joined our AWE hosts to help executives and everyday people alike.

The third is family and relationship wellness, looking at how digital habits quietly change the way couples communicate and families spend time together. Dr. Lee, Dr. Altvater, Dr. Mateka and many others shared their experiences and valuable insights about real life transformations.

The fourth is education and psychology where guests like podcaster and educator Lefteris Heretakis shared insights about art, design and creativity in education, enabling youth globally.

Christian brings a background in psychology, neuroscience and behavioral wellbeing to every episode, and it shows. Marc adds lived experiences of countless coaching clients and charismatic explanations of evidence-based emerging science.

Not a collection of motivational quotes. A real shift in how you see the thing you just learned about.

If you're curious about what AWE knows and how it thinks about wellness, this is the fastest way to find out.

About the Host

Christian Dominique

Christian is co-founder of AWE Digital Wellness and the voice behind every episode of the show. His background is in psychology, neuroscience, education and happiness deep expertise, and he's spent years exploring the intersection of technology, human behavior, and what it takes to live with more intention, awareness and purpose in a world designed to pull your attention in every direction at once.

That perspective shapes the kind of conversations the show has. Christian has also traveled the world and mentored startups, students and parents alike. He speaks fluent French and Spanish, having the opportunity to do occasional shows in different languages to always aim to connect where people are.

He asks questions the way a genuinely curious person does, not the way an interviewer performing curiosity does. And every conversation he has on the show connects back to the same thing AWE is built around: helping people and organizations be sustainably, uncompromisingly and unconditionally happier while building healthier habits and awareness across every part of life.

If the podcast makes you want to go deeper, AWE's programs, coaching, and certification offerings are exactly where that road leads.
